Mario Gómez Torrente

Semblanza

Mario Gómez-Torrente (Lic. Fil., Barcelona, 1990; Ph.D. in Philosophy, Princeton, 1996) es investigador en el Instituto de Investigaciones Filosóficas de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) y trabaja principalmente sobre temas de filosofía del lenguaje y filosofía de la lógica. Entre sus artículos se encuentran "Tarski on Logical Consequence" (Notre Dame Journal of Formal Logic, 1996), "The Problem of Logical Constants" (Bulletin of Symbolic Logic, 2002), "Rigidity and Essentiality" (Mind, 2006), “How Quotations Refer” (Journal of Philosophy, 2013) y “Perceptual Variation, Color Language, and Reference Fixing. An Objectivist Account” (Nous, 2016).
